At Rakhinationwide.com, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your products. However, depending on the destination, the delivery time may vary.


The standard shipping charge is clearly displayed alongside the price of each gift. To determine the specific shipping cost for your chosen gift, simply add it to your shopping cart and enter the delivery zip code. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping options and charges based on the delivery area. However, please note that while we commit to delivering your product at the appointed time under Standard Time Deliveries, certain events beyond our control, known as "Force Majeure Events," may impact our ability to do so. These events include unforeseen travel delays by our courier partners and transporters due to inclement weather, political unrest, strikes, war, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively contact you to provide updates. We kindly request that you periodically check your email and SMS for any communications from us.


Flowers can be delivered at various stages of blooming, including fully bloomed, half bloomed, or in bud form. As cakes and sweets are perishable items, we make a single attempt to deliver them. It is not possible to redirect deliveries to another address. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least five days prior to any major festival or event.


Please note that courier deliveries cannot be combined with hand-delivered packages, and they may arrive at the recipient's address on separate days or times. The delivery date requested is not a contractual obligation, as the estimated delivery time depends on product availability and the specified destination.


In certain circumstances, delivery may take longer due to factors such as:


  • Inclement weather conditions
  • Political or social unrest
  • Unexpected events not mentioned above

For perishable items like cakes, sweets, and flowers, we make a single delivery attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or inaccessible recipient premises, you will still be billed for the order, and a second delivery cannot be arranged.


In cases where the intended recipient is not available, they may provide instructions for the delivery person to leave the package at the gate, reception, or with a neighbor. Proof of delivery will be provided for hand-delivered items. Hand deliveries are conducted on Sundays and major holidays. Please note that if no one is available to receive the order at the shipping address upon delivery, it will not be considered late. Therefore, no refunds, cancellations, or liabilities can be provided in such circumstances.


In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address or a need to change the delivery, our Customer Experience team is here to assist you, but please bear in mind that fees and restrictions may apply once a package has been shipped.
